TIPS BEFORE YOU BEGIN DESIGNING:
- A few pointers: The treering website is most compatible with google chrome and works SO much easier on an actual laptop or desktop.
- Using your cell phone is possible but takes way more time and at times the edits do not save and everything can be lost.
- When you login to the website you MAY see two different students- one being your actual child with the CORRECT name and WRONG teacher. Do NOT delete the one with the wrong teacher. EDIT the teacher.
- DELETE the child whose name is incorrect. Yes the last name might be correct and the teacher is correct but you NEED to delete this.
- Example:
Shiloh Hoffman – Mrs Wood 3rd grade
Stella Hoffman – Mrs Schiavo 3rd gradeHer name correct name is Stella Hoffman but she is in Mrs Wood’s class. Delete the incorrect name and edit the bottom line to correct the teacher.
- If you delete the wrong one you will have to email support@treering.com
- We ARE extending the customization until May 15, 2025!
- We will work on streamlining this process for next year.
